The 2020 Summer of Love: NetHunt's G2 Badges

Some people think you shouldn’t blow your own trumpet; but what if you’re as fabulous as we are? We’ve had a year of hard graft in the NetHunt office, and that hard graft has been met with high reward. At last, we’re proud as peacocks to present the nine, latest badges we’ve won from G2, the world’s largest tech marketplace!

If you don’t know, I’ll quickly fill you in. NetHunt is a Gmail CRM, built right inside your Gmail inbox. With our punchy little platform, small, medium, and enterprise-sized businesses can simplify their own success by leveraging CRM functions such as lead management, bulk email marketing, pipeline automation, and loads more!

If you do know, you’ll know that we’re all about putting some organisation, profits, and smiles back into our clients’ lives. From the developers who beaver away at lines of code, to the customer success team on the client frontline and the marketers who pump out red-hot content, everything we do is a labour of love. When all that hard work pays off, you just want to shout it from the rooftops.

But rooftops are so 2019, so we thought we’d shout it from our blog instead.

• The High Performer, Europe Badge

NetHunt gained its High Performer badge by hitting 11% to 25% in the Regional Satisfaction Index for European CRM systems.

• The Momentum Leader Badge

NetHunt was recognised as a Momentum Leader because it was rated and placed by users in the top 25% of the Momentum Grid for products of its kind.

• The Best Support, Mid-Market Badge

NetHunt smashed it with the highest level of support for the Relationship Index in our category.

• The Easiest Setup Badge

NetHunt earned the highest rating in the Implementation Index for our category. What did you expect? Gmail CRM is easy!

• The Easiest to Use Badge

NetHunt earned the highest ease-of-use rating in its category, because that’s what we’re all about.

• The High Performer Badge

NetHunt placed in the High Performer quadrant for G2’s Grid® Report. That means we’ve got high customer satisfaction scores compared with the rest of our category.

• The High Performer, Mid-Market Badge

NetHunt placed in the High Performer quadrant for G2’s Mid-Market Grid® Report. Again, we’ve got high customer satisfaction scores compared with the rest of the Mid-Market category.

• The High Performer, Small Business Badge

NetHunt placed in the High Performer quadrant for G2’s Small-Business Grid® Report. Once again, we’ve got high customer satisfaction scores compared with the rest of the Small-Business category.

• The Users Love Us Badge

NetHunt received its Users Love Us badge which is awarded only to vendors with an average rating of more than 4. It’s fair to say, we love our users too.

We’re not going to thank our parents in a cheesy, Oscars-style acceptance speech; you’re not going to find a Kanye-at-the-Grammys breakdown around here. Instead, we just want to send a whole-hearted thank you to all of our users who made 2020 such a magical year in the NetHunt office, and to raise a cyber glass to the next one. Cheers!
