We mainly communicate with our clients through email. It’s amazing how you can see all the information related to the client once an email pops up in my inbox. What is more, the whole communication history is linked and I can see who was managing the lead previously and what was going on.
We use filters heavily (the views). It’s a great daily tool. I can analyze the amount of leads we had at the beginning of the year, the number of prospects to close. It helps us to understand the reliability of the data. For example, we’re looking at the won/lost reasons for the deals per manager. As they all input the probability to close - but what is the reason the conversion did not go through? What is the % when they win a contract or lost it?
Another thing we use a lot is the business review: I have a list of leads of high potential and we all can take a look at the list and make fast changes in the leads’ records in the list, without going to each record.
I was completely against CRM solutions before. My position was: we do not need that, as the data will come off wrong as everybody has wrong data at the beginning. When I saw your product and tested it, I realized that this is something I need. We have been using NetHunt for more than 2 years and now I can say for sure that we need it and only NetHunt, nothing else. I do not want another window on my computer, I want it to be linked with my Gmail and it is perfect and simple.”
