Pricing questions

Which CRM pricing models are available in NetHunt CRM?

NetHunt CRM offers five plan options designed to meet different business needs: Basic, Basic Plus, Business, Business Plus and Advanced. Pricing is per user in a workspace, with the choice of monthly or annual billing for each plan. We recommend exploring each plan’s features to find the best fit, and you can start with a 14-day free trial to test the platform before deciding.

What happens at the end of my trial?

After the 14-day free trial, you’ll need to select a subscription plan to continue using NetHunt CRM. Your data will remain secure, but your workspace will be locked until you choose a plan.

Are there any plan limits during my free trial?

During the trial period, you’ll have access to all NetHunt CRM features, with the exception of using custom SMTP for email campaigns.

Can my co-workers join my free trial?

Sure! The 14-day free trial period has no user limitations: you can invite as many colleagues to your workspace as you need.

What’s the difference between annual and monthly billing?

Annual billing offers a 20% discount compared to monthly billing, helping you save on long-term costs.

What payment methods do you accept?

You can subscribe to a plan using your credit or debit card.

How can I upgrade or downgrade my NetHunt CRM plan?

You can easily change your plan at any time. Check our tutorial on how to upgrade/downgrade your plan.

Is there a discount for startups?

Yes, startups founded less than 3 years ago can apply for a 75% discount on the Business plan for the first 12 months. You can apply for the Special NetHunt CRM Startup Plan here.

We’re a non-profit organization, is there special pricing available?

Yes! Non-profit organizations can receive a 25% discount. To apply, please email us at sales@nethunt.com.

Are there any hidden fees or additional charges?

No, all our plans are all-inclusive with no hidden costs or extra charges for features. You may only need to purchase additional automation actions if you exceed the monthly limit included in your plan.

Is there a refund policy?

NetHunt does not issue refunds. You can cancel anytime, but no refund is provided for any unused portion of your subscription. Please refer to our refund policy or contact our support team for assistance.
