1.5 Information We Collect From Other Sources.

We may obtain information, including Personal Data, from third parties and sources other than the Service, such as our partners, advertisers, and Integrated Services. This information is treated and protected as Personal information if combined with the information from other sources listed above.

2. How We Use the Information We Collect

We use the information that we collect in a variety of ways in providing the Service and operating our business, including the following:

2.1 Operations.

We use various personal information and other automatically collected information in order to operate, maintain, enhance and provide all features of the Service, as well as to respond to your requests, questions and provide support and assistance.

2.2 Improvements.

You have the ability to opt out of receiving any promotional communications as described below under "Your Choices Regarding Your Personal Data".

2.4 Cookies and other technologies.

We use cookies technologies and tracking software to provide, improve, protect and promote our Services. Cookies help us in understanding how you are interacting with our Services and how we can improve them based on such information. You can set your browser to ignore and not receive cookies, but this may limit the functionality of the Services you're using.

This information includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, operating system, date/time stamp, and clickstream data. We use this personally-unidentifiable information to analyze trends, to administer the Site, to track users' movements around the Site and to gather demographic information about our user base.

Additionally, NetHunt CRM may use Mouseflow web analytics service. The service may record mouse clicks and other activity of the randomly selected visits. This helps us identify potential ways to improve our service. Mouseflow does not track your browsing habits across other web sites or text inputted in password fields. The information collected is not disclosed to third-party services or partners. Mouseflow does not collect personally identifiable information that you do not voluntarily enter on the websites and services where you use NetHunt CRM. For more information see Mouseflow's Privacy Policy at mouseflow.com/privacy.

3. Access to Emails

Considering the nature of NetHunt Services, NetHunt CRM requires you to grant it access to your Gmail account to operate. The Services can get access to your contacts, the content of your emails, attachments, Google Calendar events and other Google Apps services in order for NetHunt CRM to function as intended. For example, NetHunt requires the access to the content of your emails in order to suggest Record's title, create automatic filters based on the sender email address, create new events in Google Calendar, etc. NetHunt employees and our partners do not read the emails associated with the account you provide.

NetHunt's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google Accounts will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy including the Limited Use requirements.

4. Your Choices Regarding Your Personal Data

4.1 The Right to Access, Amend and Delete Information.

Upon request NetHunt will provide you with the information about whether we hold any of your personal information. To keep your Personal Data accurate, current, and complete, or if you believe your right to privacy granted by applicable data protection laws has been infringed upon, please contact us via email at support@nethunt.com. We will take reasonable steps to update or correct and delete Personal Data in our possession that was collected via the Services. We will respond to your request within a reasonable timeframe. Please note that while any changes you make are reflected in active user databases instantly or within a reasonable period of time, we may retain all information you submit for backups, archiving, prevention of fraud and abuse, analytics, satisfaction of legal obligations, or where we otherwise reasonably believe that we have a legitimate reason to do so.

We will retain personal data we process on behalf of our Customers for as long as needed to provide services to our Customers. NetHunt will retain this personal information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

4.2 Analytics Data.

You may opt out of the collection of navigation information about your visit to the Site by Google Analytics by using the Google Analytics Opt-out feature.

4.3 Opting out of Commercial Communications.

If you receive commercial emails from us, you may unsubscribe at any time by following the instructions contained within the email, by replying to said email or contacting us directly from the "Contact Us" page on Site. Even after you opt out of receiving commercial messages from us, you will continue to receive administrative messages from us regarding the Service.

NetHunt has no direct relationship with the Client’s customers or third parties whose Personal Data it may process on behalf of a Client. An individual who seeks access, or who seeks to correct, amend, delete inaccurate data or withdraw consent for further contact should direct his or her query to the Client or User they deal with directly.

5. Third-Party Services and Sites

The Services and the Site may contain features or links to the third-party web sites and services. Any information you provide on third-party sites or services is provided directly to their respective operators and is subject to those operators’ policies, if any, governing privacy and security. NetHunt is not responsible for the content or privacy and security practices and policies of third-party sites or services to which links or access are provided through NetHunt Services or Site. We encourage you to familiarize yourself with the third parties' privacy and security policies before providing them with your personal information.

7. Data Security

NetHunt is committed to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. We follow generally accepted standards to protect the personal information submitted to us, both during transmission and once it is received. We undertake a range of security measures including physical access restraints, technical security monitoring, and internal security reviews of the environment. Our policy also prohibits employees from viewing personal information without business or legal justification. We take upon ourselves to ensure that NetHunt employees and partners are bound by confidentiality obligations. You acknowledge and agree that no Internet or email transmission is ever fully secure or error free. You agree to take special care in deciding what information you send to us via email.

Pay attention that as you invite other users to join your team in a shared NetHunt workspace, they will automatically get access to the email correspondence linked to the records in the shared folders. You may update user roles and permissions in order to limit other users’ access to specific folders, yet if you share a folder with other users, all information in the records (emails, notes, clients etc.) will be accessible by your teammates.

When you are invited to NetHunt CRM, some of your emails may fall within the filters in the shared workspace. Filters are created to automatically link particular incoming and sent emails to the corresponding records for better data organization. Therefore, your emails may be linked to the records accessible by other users. This may include your business and personal correspondence from the inbox used to access NetHunt if these emails meet filter requirements.

8. Data Controller and Data Processor

NetHunt does not own, control or direct the use of any of the Client Data stored or processed by a Client or User via the Service. Only the Client or Users are entitled to access, retrieve and direct the use of such Client Data. NetHunt is largely unaware of what Client Data is actually being stored or made available by a Client or User to the Service and does not directly access such Client Data except as authorized by the Client, or as necessary to provide Services to the Client and its Users.

NetHunt doesn't determine the use of any Personal Data contained in the Client Data or how such data was collected or used further. NetHunt doesn't acts as a data controller in terms of the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679, hereinafter “GDPR”) and does not have the associated responsibilities under the GDPR.
