Previously, NetHunt CRM supported sync with only one Telegram folder. This could be inconvenient if your conversations were organized across several folders, or if you reached Telegram’s limit of 200 chats per folder. Now, you can sync multiple Telegram folders at the same time and keep your existing Telegram chat structure.

For Ringostat and CallsApp connections, there is also a new required step: at least one user must be linked before the integration can be activated.

Improved file sharing and chat stability

NetHunt CRM - Improved file sharing and chat stability
You can now send and receive files of up to 8 MB through connected chats, instead of the previous 2 MB limit. For Facebook and Instagram, the 2 MB limit still applies due to Meta API restrictions.

Adding files to messages is now easier too:

  • paste files directly into the message field;

  • drag and drop files straight into the chat.

We’ve also improved the stability of Telegram and WhatsApp integrations. After the update, they work more reliably, and messages are delivered without delays.

Automations

  • Leaving and pinning comments in the client’s card within the Timeline from automations.
  • Option to skip “Wait for date” steps in automation. If the date in the field has already passed, the step execution is not canceled but continues. Previously, the process would simply stop, but now it can be configured as needed.
  • Date format for the “Webhook event” trigger. You can now choose the desired date format yourself, for example, mm/dd/yyyy or dd/mm/yyyy.

API

  • In “Make API call,” the PATCH, PUT, and DELETE commands have been added — now you can create more complex and flexible scenarios via the API.

Data Import

  • From now on, when importing data via CSV, new unique values are added to existing records instead of overwriting them. You can now add new tags to existing records directly during the CSV import process.

Facebook

  • We’re adding Facebook Messenger to the Chats section
  • Respond to Facebook messages directly from the Chats section
  • View Facebook messages on a record’s Timeline
