NetHunt CRM - Timeline update: more details on the customer record
We’ve improved the Timeline to make it even easier to track everything happening on a customer record. Now you can quickly see not only what changed, but also the source of each action.

Timeline items now include more details about how an action was performed, helping you quickly distinguish between:

  • actions completed manually by users, automatically through Workflows, or via external API calls;

  • AI-powered actions — MCP actions performed through Claude and ChatGPT now have dedicated icons;

  • system actions, such as record merges, record copies, record moves, Google Contacts synchronization, imports, enrichments, and mass update rollbacks.

We’ve also updated the Field updates icon. It’s now easier to recognize and won’t be confused with the icon for cancelled actions.

NetHunt CRM - NetHunt CRM launches MCP to connect AI tools with CRM data

Instead of searching CRM manually, just ask AI

You can now connect ChatGPT, Claude and other AI tools to NetHunt CRM using MCP (Model Context Protocol).

Once connected, AI tools can work with your NetHunt CRM data using natural language. You can find information, analyze context, and take action without manually searching through records or switching between screens.

AI tools can currently work with folders, records, and timeline (activity history) in NetHunt CRM.

With MCP connected, you can use AI tools to:

  • Create, update, and delete folders and records.

  • Search records and retrieve information about companies, deals, and other CRM objects.

  • Create tasks for managers based on custom criteria.

  • Analyze activity history and customer interactions.

  • Review statuses, messages, emails, and related records.

Work with your CRM using natural language. For example:

  • Find Acme company and summarize the latest interactions.

  • Show me who changed the status on this deal, and when.

  • List all deals with no activity in the past two weeks.

  • Which marketing campaigns generated the most successful deals last month?

MCP gives AI tools secure access to your CRM context, making it easier to search, analyze, and work with your CRM data through the AI tools you already use.

Tags for Email Campaigns

NetHunt CRM - Tags for Email Campaigns
If you regularly send email campaigns and build follow-ups, keeping everything organized just got easier. We've added campaign tags so you can categorize your campaigns and quickly find the ones you need.

Here's what's new:

  • Color-coded tags
    Organize your campaigns with tags that match your workflow, such as Warm-up, Cold Outreach, Newsletter, and more. You can add tags both when creating a campaign and after it's been sent.

  • Quick filtering
    Need to find or analyze a specific type of campaign? Simply filter your campaign list by tag.

  • Easier follow-up navigation
    We've added a visual indicator to reply emails. Click it to instantly open the original campaign and quickly recall the context.

  • Flexible team settings
    Admins can let team members create their own tags or restrict them to a predefined list shared across the workspace.

The update is now available in the NetHunt CRM web app.
